Strata is an operating company. We start businesses, run them, and keep improving them — services, software, media and physical products alike.
Each activity has its own focus, its own identity and its own pace. What they share is the way they are built: a real need first, a small workable system second, and steady improvement after that.

We begin with a need someone actually has and can describe, not with a technology looking for a use. If we cannot name the person and the problem, we do not build it.

We choose technology for what it helps people accomplish, and keep systems adaptable as AI and tools keep changing. Small, understandable systems beat impressive ones we cannot maintain.

We maintain, measure and improve what we run. We prefer businesses that get better each year over launches designed to be disposable.
